- We look it over, using county records and any photos you share, or a visit if you'd like one.
- We send a written offer with a purchase price and a closing date. There's no deadline on your answer.
- If you accept, we sign a standard Texas purchase contract and the title company handles the rest. You're paid at closing.

We send short emails to owners of houses we'd like to buy. If you're not interested, or you'd rather we didn't write to you, reply and tell us. We'll take you off our list that day and won't contact you again.
